PRINTING A STAINED GLASS PATTERN TO SIZE
Print a pattern from a digital file:
- Open the pattern in MS Paint. If you have Windows on your computer, you have MS Paint.
- Select "Page Setup..." from the "File" menu.
- Reduce the margins to "0.17" to maximize the printed surface per page.
Click on the image below to enlarge:
- Select "Print Preview..." from the "File" menu.
- You will see that your pattern will be printed, in its full-size, onto several pages.
DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW VERSION OF MS PAINT:
- Open the pattern in MS Paint. If you have Windows on your computer, you have MS Paint.
- Select "Page Setup..." from the "File" menu.
- Reduce the margins to "0" to maximize the printed surface per page.

Then follow the instructions as shown:

Check that all is OK with "print preview", then print.
- Hold a ruler against the pattern on your computer screen.
- With MS Paint, one inch on the screen is equal to one inch on paper. One inch is 87 pixels wide, and one centimeter, 34.

If values submitted are in INCHES, your image should have the following dimensions in PIXELS:
